Even with the most professional handling, unforeseen events can occur. We believe transparency and protection go hand in hand — choose the level of coverage that gives you peace of mind.
Released Value Protection, as mandated by Canadian transportation guidelines. No-cost coverage with limited liability based strictly on item weight — typically $0.60 per pound per item.
Full-Value Protection is optional and recommended for customers who want additional protection for their belongings. It costs 8% of the total labour cost and can be added when booking your move. If an item is lost or damaged while in our care, we will repair it to its original condition, replace it with a similar item, or compensate you at current market value.
