We take into account stairs, narrow hallways, basement or attic access, and tight corners. Additional time may be needed to safely maneuver large items.
Long hallways, lack of elevator access, wait times for loading zones, or multiple trips through secured entry points can influence your total time and cost.
Distance between locations, expected travel time, detours, or whether you’re moving across town or to another city — all factor into the final estimate.
We’re ready for Manitoba winters — but hazardous conditions, heavy snow clearing, or rain protection can slightly affect timing or preparation needs.

Packing materials are charged separately and can be added to your invoice or provided directly by the customer. We supply high-quality boxes, tape, stretch wrap, and labels at highly competitive prices — or you are more than welcome to use your own.

Before the truck leaves our facility, our crew conducts a full pre-trip safety inspection and meticulously stocks the trailer with the exact equipment, ramps, and protective wrap required for your inventory.
- Crew Transit & Labor
Moving is professional, skilled work. Our dedicated movers are on the clock and fully compensated for their time from the moment they start preparing the vehicle at our headquarters until they return.
- Commercial Fleet Protection
This covers premium commercial transit cargo insurance, fuel expenses, and specialized equipment wear-and-tear while navigating to your location and back to base.
🛡️ Our Promise: Your hourly rate applies strictly to the actual time our team spends actively loading, transporting, and unloading your belongings. The travel fee ensures that when our truck arrives at your doorstep, it is 100% prepared, fully fueled, legally inspected, and ready to work.
If your move falls on a statutory holiday, labour is billed at 1.5× the standard hourly rate, in compliance with Manitoba employment standards.
Cash, major credit cards (Visa/MasterCard), debit cards, e-Transfers, and business invoices. Unless arranged in advance, full payment is due immediately upon completion of the move.
For safety and peace of mind, keep small valuables — legal documents, passports, fine jewelry, prescription medications, and personal electronics — with you during the move so they remain secure and easily accessible.
Yes. Due to safety laws and transport regulations, we cannot move hazardous materials (propane tanks, gasoline, aerosol cans, explosives) or perishables. A comprehensive list of restricted items is detailed in your service agreement.
